NATIONAL SKILL DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION
NSDC is an unique Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) in the Skill Development space in India. The Government of India owns 49% of NSDC with the rest being held by Industry. NSDC is funded by the National Skill Development Fund set-up by the Prime Minister's Office to skill and train over 500 million youths. It is monitored by the National Skill Development Agency set-up by Government of India to oversee all skill development activities in the country.
In many ways, NSDC's role as a certification body for short-term professional courses is similar to that of the University Grants Commission (UGC) for degree programs in the country. NSDC's certification is standards-based, internationally acceptable, based on industry designed specifications and job roles, and follows other similar Qualification Standards in the developed world, such as the National Qualification Framework in the UK. NSDC also funds and supports its partners such as Anuna Education who are selected after going through a rigorous multi-level techno-financial evaluations and crossing over three different approval bodies.
NSDC also supports various different industry specific Sector Skill Councils from Automotive to Agriculture who design the Qualification Packs and National Occupational Standards based on available job roles in the market. The SSC also monitor 3rd party assessments and help develop International standards course content and curriculum, in addition, to providing Industry linkages to NSDC partners for placement and internship opportunities.
All of NSDC certificates are unique carrying their own bar code and linked to a unique identification number for the candidate such as Aadhar, thereby providing employer's the ability of electronic verification. Each candidate's profile and skill level information are also entered in to the Labour Marketing Information System (LMIS) database of Government of India.
NSDC has appointed Anuna Education as it's authorized partner for a 10 year term to train over 1.1 lakh students under Entrepreneurship, Rural Enterprise, BFSI, Management & Communication sectors covering the states of Uttar Pradesh & Uttranchal specifically.

NSCS STAR SCHEME
The National Skill Certification & Reward Scheme is based on Standard Training Assessment & Reward (STAR). STAR is a limited time scheme funded by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India to provide training to over a million candidates.
Working, Experienced or Freshers candidate can undergo training in a job role of their choice with an authorized training partner such as Anuna Education. Once the candidate appears for and clears a 3rd party assessment post training a monetary reward up to Rs. 10,000 is provided by NSDC via Direct Bank Transfer to the candidate for payment of all or portion of their training fees. Enrolment in Aadhar and bank account opening is must for all candidates participating in the scheme. A secure NSDC certificate is also provided along with registration of candidate's information in the Labour Market Information System registry.
NSDC is conducting the STAR scheme through its authorized training partners such as Anuna Education. We are currently affiliated with Retail, IT, Agriculture, BFSI, Gem & Jewellery, Telecom, and Media & Entertainment sectors.

National Institute For Entrepreneurship & Small Business Development
(NIESBUD) is the apex Institute functioning under Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India for developing entrepreneurship and small business through training, research, consultancy etc. The mission of NIESBUD is to inculcate entrepreneurial culture in the country for a strong MSME sector.
NIESBUD also offers integrated programs with DOEACC Society, now NIELIT, of Department of IT, Government of India. Apart from this NIESBUD also organizes multiple job-fairs and industry workshops throughout the year to foster student placements & career growth.
INSM Society, a group NGO of Anuna Education working in skill development sector since 1985 is a Partner Institute of NIESBUD & MSME. Anuna Education leverages this partnership to provide integrated certifications for Computer Concepts (CCC), MS Office, English Communications, etc. that are required government certificates for many entry-level and government jobs in India.
Our relationship with INSM Society & NIESBUD also helps us function as Udyog Mitras for coordinating zero collateral business start-up loan facilitations up to Rs. 25,00,000 with interest subsides up to 35% under the Rajiv Gandhi Udyog Mitra Yojna (RGUMY). It also allows us to facilitate zero collateral government backed loans from any nationalized bank up to Rs. 1,00,00,000 under CGTMSE Scheme of Ministry of Medium & Small Enterprises, Government of India.
